The Steering Committee of CUEWB consists of the following members:

Mr. Raymond Li

BA and MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences
Working at Nomura International plc

Being one of the Chinese students fortunate enough to study in the UK, Ray really feels this overseas experience is the most valuable asset to his life. This inspired him to found the society and to share top-quality resources, which have benefitted him the most, worldwide. In addition, he personally thinks that there are many important topics that should be taught at a younger age, including leadership and entrepreneurship. His passion, vision and continuous commitment have helped him form a very bonded and committed team, which is dedicated to making a big impact on the world and helping many young people.

Mr. Dingli Zuo

BA and MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences
Reading for a PhD in Electrical Engineering

Having benefitted from the A-level and the Cambridge education on full scholarships, Dingli has developed both professional engineering skills as well as an aspiration to contribute to society, strengthening his belief that education is as fundamental as engineering technology in making the world a better place. Determined to improve the accessibility of high quality educational resources and to encourage entrepreneurial thinking at a younger age, Dingli cofounded CUEWB. As an MCSE with over 10 years of experience in IT and software development, he also builds, maintains, and enhances CUEWB’s IT infrastructure.

Mr. Rio Tu

BA and MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences
Reading for a PhD in Information Engineering

Cambridge University has provided Rio the opportunity to access top-quality educational resources. He realised that many students in developing countries with great potentials are having difficulties in accessing these resources, which might influence their lives. Rio is committed to making top-quality educational resources accessible worldwide at an affordable price. Rio also thinks that education should have a broader definition. He feels that there is a need to carry out training programmes for students to develop their transferrable skills such as communication, leadership, negotiation, and teamwork: the skills that are needed to enter the corporate world. With this in mind, he devoted himself to promoting activities that enable young people to become better equipped to adapt to today's globalised world.
