To raise the profile of CUEWB in a larger and more diverse student body, to attract potential sponsors, and to encourage the able and energetic to participate in its future projects worldwide, CUEWB proudly launches its first publicity campaign since its formation two years ago.
Events
Cambridge University Education Without Borders (CUEWB) is a non-profit student society, registered with the Societies' Syndicate of the University of Cambridge, and a branch of Education Without Borders Organization (EWBO). It aims to share educational resources worldwide and break the barrier between educational institutions and industrial organisations. In the past two years with the great effort by its committee, CUEWB has been promoting education and industrial exchange through its multi-faceted programmes, most of which are international:
- Winter Student Exchange Programme 2007 (WSEP07),
- International Forum, Beijing (IFB),
- Shanghai Summer Student Programme 2008 (SSSP08),
- Talk on Surviving the Financial Crisis (TSFC),
- Cambridge Entrepreneurship and Leadership Seminar 2009 #1 (CELS09-1),
- International Forum, Xiamen (IFX),
- Cambridge Entrepreneurship and Leadership Seminar 2009 #2 (CELS09-2), and
- Shanghai Summer Student Programme 2009 (SSSP09).
The feedbacks from the participating students were very positive and we are committed to organising more such projects in the future. We are also seeking to bring our activities to countries other than China and the UK.
To ensure the rapid development of CUEWB and the success of its future projects, we need enthusiastic individuals to join us!
